The Octavia Support service has been superb - we raise all sorts of issues and problems from software to hardware and connectivity issues and they are all handled with a professional, courteous manner.
It is a joy to just call the Help Desk and know the problem will be solved; they are always dealt with and closed quickly. It is also has been very cost effective. I have no hesitation in recommending Octavia. .
