You can choose simply to have Flexisupport® (for emergency and ad hoc support requests) or, using Flexisupport Options, create an entirely outsourced service.
Any combination of Flexisupport Options can be selected to suit the requirements of your business, and they can be added or removed at any time.

Flexisupport® is in full operation between the hours of 8AM to 6.30PM on normal working days but beyond that we can offer remote telephone support throughout the night and at the weekends.
