However we understand that you may want the assurance of calling us for quick and simple tasks such as resetting passwords, setting up new users and changing permissions without incurring costs.
Line One gives you a set monthly price for unlimited incidents logged under an immediate response.
Line One is ideal for an organisation of any size that frequently requires immediate responses to IT issues.
What are the benefits of Line One?
- Line One will save you money if you anticipate the need for continuous system administration.
- With Line One you can rest assured that quick, every day problems can be fixed swiftly without the cost associated with business critical failures.
- Line One means that Flexisupport can act as an equivalent service to that of any internal IT department.
How do we deliver Line One?
- The Line One package guarantees that the first 10 minutes (or more if you wish) of all immediate response Flexisupport® calls will not incur charges at the immediate response rate.
- Line One does not limit the amount of time spent on the incident, it simply means that the first 10 minutes are free. After this initial period standard Flexisupport® charges apply.
- The monthly cost of the Line One service is determined by the number of Servers and Workstations you have. Once the monthly fee is set we simply deliver Flexisupport® as normal.
