Why do you need 24-7 Support cover?

Do you need to know that you have technical back up you can count on beyond normal working hours?

The global nature of the world we live in, plus longer hours of business means that many organisations need around the clock cover for their IT systems and users.

What are the benefits of 24-7 Support?

  • All incidents that occur outside of our standard support hours are logged as an immediate response incident ensuring that you get help straight away.
  • There is no limit to the number of Support calls that can be logged by a Customer during out of hours periods.
  • Flexisupport® is in full operation between the hours of 8am to 6.30pm on normal working days. Beyond that we can offer IT support throughout the night and at the weekends.

How do we deliver 24-7 Support?

  • For a fixed monthly fee we provide out of hrs telephone support to all of your authorised callers.
  • We will take calls at any time and deal with them as immediate incidents.
  • We will do everything possible to resolve the incident remotely and if appropriate we will make provision for an Engineer to be on site at the earliest possible point in time once our full service during standard work hours resumes.
