Proactive System Monitoring
Our Proactive System Monitoring performs real-time proactive monitoring of ALL machines on your network.
We will monitor all of your workstations (including any Macs) for system errors and any other issues likely to cause business interruption (i.e machines running low in disk space).
We will also send you a periodic System Health Report, giving you an overview of the status of your network and also highlighting any potential problems that have been detected.
Specifically, we will tell you about:
- Errors being logged on your network
- Essential System services not running
- Unsuccessful Backups
- Virus’ on your network
- Machines running dangerously low on disk space
- Essential Windows Updates that do not get successfully installed on your network
- Checks on external components such as your website, id required
To support this, Octavia has made a major investment in a “Managed Service Platform” from a world leading provider, Kaseya.
This platform will allow us to manage your infrastructure, network components, servers, and users’ desktop PCs – securely, comprehensively and transparently.
You will then be asked to log an incident to investigate the issue.
